Frank Gawlina

Frank Gawlina is a seasoned investment and corporate executive with over 30 years of progressive leadership experience. He is currently Principal at Hill Valley Investment Corporation, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and corporate structuring and optimization.

Earlier in his career, Frank held senior leadership roles at Investment Planning Counsel, serving simultaneously as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Head of Legal, and Head of People, Culture & Talent. In those roles, he led cross-functional teams, drove organizational transformation, implemented governance frameworks, and aligned talent strategy with business objectives. Prior to IPC, Frank served as Vice President and Director of Finance at TD Capital, a private equity firm.
