Tom Kofman

Thomas Kofman is an investor and Corporate Director. He was the founder and Chairman of M Partners Inc., a full-service institutional investment bank, from 2005 to 2018. Prior to that, Thomas served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IPC Financial Network Inc. ("IPC"), a TSXV-listed company. As a member of IPC's senior management team from 1999 until its sale in 2003, he helped grow the firm from under $1.0 billion in assets under administration to approximately $7.0 billion.

Before IPC, Thomas was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of RealFund Real Estate Investment Trust, Canada's first real estate investment trust. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University.
